I regularly set up home-location training days for groups of pilots such as syndicate members who have, for example, acquired a new type and need conversion training. Or maybe they want to collectively explore the performance of their aircraft whilst developing their aerobatic skills and confidence individually.

I try to limit the numbers to four pilots in a one-day session. This allows everyone to have a fair crack whilst ensuring adequate brief and debrief time. It also means that my professional fees and expenses can be shared amongst the group which obviously makes the sessions cost effective for all concerned!

I am also able to schedule recurrent and continuity training for professional display teams at any location and to fit in with their programme of commitments.

The only occasion when sharing expertise is not possible is Formation Training - see Formation Training for more details.
